Most SEO keyword rank trackers watch a list of keywords you typed in. Vee3.ai watches the pages you plan and publish. Every page on your roadmap carries its primary keyword, so its position sits in the same row as its volume, difficulty, status and clicks. Two sources stay separate: Search Console's average position for that exact page and query, and the best position an SEO data provider sees in the top 100, with where it stood 30 days ago. Rankings refresh themselves once they are more than 7 days old.

What this SEO keyword rank tracker measures
Turn on the ranking columns in the roadmap and each page shows KW Rank, the observed position for its primary keyword, next to KW GSC Pos., KW GSC Clicks, KW GSC Impr. and KW GSC CTR for that page and keyword over a 30-day window. The window ends two days back, because Search Console data needs time to settle. Δ Rank 30d shows movement: positive means the page moved up, and “new” means it ranks now but did not 30 days ago.
The rest of the row explains the position. Ranking URL is the page on your site that holds it. Top Keyword, Top KW Rank and Top KW Volume show the query that sends that URL the most organic traffic, and Top KW Traffic with Δ Traffic 30d show what it is worth and which way it is heading. Rank Checked tells you when the snapshot was taken, so an old number never passes for a fresh one.
Keyword rank tracking on a weekly rhythm, not a daily one
Vee3.ai is not a daily SERP scraper, and it does not pretend to be. When you open a brand's roadmap it checks whether any page was measured in the last 7 days. If not, rankings refresh in the background and the table repaints; if they are fresh, nothing runs and nothing is spent. The Refresh button next to Export runs it on demand, at most once every 10 minutes per brand.
One refresh looks up every root keyword on the roadmap against your domain in batches of 40, then makes one call per distinct ranking URL for its top keyword and traffic. It runs in the brand's most common target country. If a batch fails, those pages keep their last known position instead of turning into “not ranking”, because a missed check is not a lost ranking. There is no per-device or local pack split and no daily chart per keyword.
Track keyword rank by cluster, page type and intent
Rankings roll up wherever you group the roadmap. In the Topics view each seed shows its best position, how many of its pages rank, and how many improved or dropped over 30 days. The SEO dashboard groups the same pages by page type, category or keyword intent with average position, clicks, CTR, volume and capture side by side, and its search chart plots Search Console's average position day by day for up to 12 months against the previous period.
The Dashboard's one-page PDF turns rankings into one number, Search capture: the share of your roadmap's measured monthly searches held by live pages ranking in the top 10.
Striking distance and the wrong page ranking
Ask the SEO Copilot “which pages are in striking distance?” and it filters the roadmap to them, with volume and links in view. In our own workspace it found 11 quick wins in 777 pages, ranking 4 to 15 with more than 500 monthly searches. The topical authority map showed 102 of those pages in the top 10.
When the Ranking URL is not the page built for the keyword, the map flags it, and the keyword cannibalization checker finds pages on the roadmap competing for the same search.

SEO Keyword Tracker questions
Why use a keyword rank tracker?
Position moves before clicks do, so it is the earliest sign a page is winning or slipping. In Vee3.ai it also points at the next job: pages in striking distance, clusters losing ground, or the wrong URL ranking for a keyword.
Is this a daily rank tracker?
No. Rankings refresh automatically once they are more than 7 days old, and you can refresh on demand every 10 minutes. The Dashboard's Search Console chart does plot your average position day by day, for up to 12 months.
Where do the positions come from, and why can two columns differ?
KW GSC Pos. is Google's own average position for that page and query over 30 days, across every impression. KW Rank is the observed position from Search Console or the ranking provider's top 100 at the last check. Averages and snapshots rarely match exactly, which is why both are shown.
Which rank tracker finds keyword cannibalization?
One that knows which page should rank. Vee3.ai shows the Ranking URL next to the page built for the keyword, the topical authority map flags when they differ, and the cannibalization checker finds roadmap pages competing for one search.
Which rank tracker supports keyword clusters?

Can I track keywords that are not on my roadmap?
The ranking columns cover each roadmap page's primary keyword. The queries Search Console reports for your site still appear in the Dashboard's Queries table, each with its average position. To track a new keyword as a page, add it through Import List.
Does refreshing rankings cost anything?
A rankings refresh uses credits, like other provider work. The automatic check when you open the roadmap spends nothing if rankings are less than 7 days old, and a failed batch never overwrites positions you already have.
