How the features work across the tools
Data Integration is where the loop starts. Connect Google with read-only access, and the SEO crawler joins clicks, sessions, revenue, rank and backlinks to every page it finds, while the SEO dashboard reads the same connections live. The keyword research, clustering and brief tools then work from rows that already know how each page performs.
CMS Publishing is where it ends. A page written with the content writer and checked by the fact checker goes to WordPress, Webflow or Shopify as a draft or live, with its SEO plugin fields filled, and the roadmap row moves to Content Live. SEO Autopilot uses the same publishing path on a schedule.
Talk to it, and let others in
Voice Mode is the spoken side of the Copilot. It navigates between views, filters the table, fills forms and moves the Atlas camera while you watch, and anything that saves, spends or publishes still waits at the normal confirmation. Workspace Sharing invites clients and teammates by email or revocable link with View or Edit on each screen, and a public read-only link to the topical authority map shows the big picture without an account.

What is the difference between a tool and a feature in Vee3.ai?
A tool does one SEO job, such as crawling, clustering, writing or tracking rank. A feature works underneath all of them: Data Integration feeds every tool the same page-level data, CMS Publishing ships what they produce, Voice Mode operates them by speech, and Workspace Sharing controls who can see or change each screen.
Do I have to connect Google or my CMS before using the tools?
No. You can start a guest workspace without an account and skip Search Console, GA4 and your CMS during setup. The scan still runs on your sitemap, the crawl and SEO data providers, and you can connect Google or a CMS later.
Can anything publish or change without my say?
Google access is read-only, so nothing in Search Console or GA4 can change. Pages go to your CMS as drafts by default, and going live needs its own confirmation. Voice Mode and the Copilot stop at a confirmation before anything that saves, spends or publishes.
Which features can a client use?
Whatever you share with them. Invite a client with View on the Dashboard and Roadmap and they see live Search Console and GA4 performance and the pages in the pipeline without being able to change anything. View-only users never see the Copilot or the AI Editor. A public Atlas link needs no account at all.
Which CMS platforms and analytics does Vee3.ai connect to?
