Publish to WordPress, Webflow or Shopify from the editor

Each brand holds one CMS connection. For WordPress you connect with a username and a revocable Application Password over HTTPS, never the account password. By default blog page types go in as posts and other page types as pages, and you can change the REST content type when you connect. Webflow takes an API token and a field mapping for your collection. Shopify takes your store domain, an Admin API token with content write access, the blog and an author name, and applies categories as article tags.

Detect the platform, then connect once

Vee3.ai reads your site's HTML and headers and tells you what it runs on, with a confidence level and the evidence it found, such as WordPress core assets, Webflow site identifiers or Shopify theme markup. Credentials are checked when you connect, encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and never returned to the browser. Disconnecting removes the saved credential only: pages already on your site and your publishing history stay where they are.

New pages and refreshes without duplicates

A new page becomes a new entry. When the roadmap already knows the page URL or a previous publish exists, the button reads Refresh live page instead. A refresh updates the matched CMS entry and stops rather than create a second page. The slug is checked for collisions before anything is written, and each request carries its own key, so a retry after a dropped connection cannot publish the same request twice. Save as draft is the default. Going live, or replacing a live page, needs a separate confirmation tick before the button works.

Most publishing shortcuts send the body and leave the SEO work behind. Vee3.ai writes the meta description and focus keyword into Yoast, Rank Math or All in One SEO, into WordPress native fields, or into custom REST meta keys you name, and it detects the plugin automatically when you leave it on Detect. The featured image is uploaded to your media library with the primary keyword as alt text, and inline images travel as portable WebP files that survive copy and paste. The title, slug and meta description come from the page you built with the content writer and checked in the SEO content editor.
