1. These terms
These terms apply when you visit vee3.ai or use the Vee3.ai app at app.vee3.ai (together, “Vee3.ai”). Vee3.ai is operated by The Marketing Agency Inc., 88 Palace Pier Crt, Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). By using Vee3.ai you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company or a client, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
2. What Vee3.ai does
Vee3.ai helps you research, plan, write, check, publish and measure content for organic search. You can start a workspace without an account and sign in when you want to keep it. We improve Vee3.ai all the time, so features can change, and some may be marked as early or experimental.
3. Your account and workspace
Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what people you share it with do under the access you give them. Shared links give their recipients the access you chose, so share them with care.
4. Plans and payment
Plans and their monthly allowances are listed on our pricing page. Every plan can be tried free first. When you subscribe to a paid plan, it is billed monthly in advance in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes, and renews each month until you cancel. Allowances reset each billing month and don’t carry over.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund partial months unless the law requires it. If we change a price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. Enterprise plans are set by a separate agreement.
5. Fair use
Only scan, connect or publish to websites and accounts you are authorized to use. Don’t use Vee3.ai to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, including copyright and privacy;
- create spam, deceptive content or anything harmful;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer Vee3.ai, or get around its limits or security;
- scrape Vee3.ai, or resell or give access to it without our written agreement.
6. Your content and connected services
Your content stays yours. You let us host, process and transmit it only as needed to run Vee3.ai for you, including sending it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you publish: publishing to WordPress, Webflow or Shopify sends content to your site, and publishing live makes it public.
Services you connect, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and your CMS, are provided by their owners under their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.
7. AI and data
Vee3.ai uses AI to research, write, review and fact-check. AI can still be wrong, so review content before you publish it. Keyword, traffic and competitor figures come from third-party data providers and are estimates. We don’t guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.
8. Our property
Vee3.ai, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use Vee3.ai, not to own it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and data from connected services. Our Cookie Policy explains what vee3.ai stores in your browser.
10. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Vee3.ai at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put Vee3.ai or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first. After an account ends, we handle its data as our Privacy Policy describes.
11. No warranties
Vee3.ai is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or rankings. Our total liability for any claim relating to Vee3.ai is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as Vee3.ai changes. We’ll change the effective date above and give notice of material changes. If you keep using Vee3.ai after changes take effect, you accept them.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
